Refund Policy for Potential Optimization Online Training Courses

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific circumstances and the type of course purchased. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet one or more of the following criteria:

a. Cancellation within the 7-Day Grace Period:

   – If you request a refund within Five (5) days of the date of purchase and have not accessed more than 20% of the course content, you may be eligible for a full refund.

b. Technical Issues:

   – If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course materials or participating in the course, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.

c. Dissatisfaction with Course Content:

   – If you are not satisfied with the quality of the course content or believe that it does not meet the stated learning objectives, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify, you must provide detailed feedback explaining why the course did not meet your expectations.

 

  1. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Support:

   – Send an email to admin@qcoptimization.com within the specified refund eligibility period. In your email, include your full name, order number, the name of the course, and the reason for your refund request.

b. Assessment and Verification:

   – Our support team will review your request and may require additional information or documentation to assess your eligibility.

c. Refund Processing:

   – If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

 

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for refunds:

a. Late Refund Requests:

   – Refund requests made after the specified refund eligibility period will not be considered.

b. Completion of More than 20% of the Course:

   – If you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, you will not be eligible for a refund.

c. Certificate Issuance:

   – Once a certificate of completion or participation has been issued for a course, no refunds will be provided.

d. Bulk or Corporate Purchases:

   – Refunds are not available for bulk or corporate purchases.

 

  1. Course Access Post-Refund

Upon approval of your refund request, you will lose access to the course content and associated materials. Any progress or completion certificates earned will be voided.

Potential Optimization Consulting reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
