1.1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online training course (the “Course”) offered by Potential Optimization Consulting (the “Company”). By accessing or using the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Course.
2.1. To enroll in the Course, you must complete the registration process provided by the Company.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information as necessary to ensure its accuracy.

4.1. You agree to pay the applicable fees for the Course as specified on the Company’s website or in the enrollment process.
4.2. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company.
5.1. All Course content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. You may not use, copy, or distribute Course content without the Company’s express written permission.
6.1. You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner when participating in the Course. The Company reserves the right to remove you from the Course without a refund if you engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
7.1. The Course is provided on an “as-is” basis, and the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Course content for any particular purpose.
8.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Course.
9.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York.
11.1. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Course after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
